Ken started out with his own law firm, then branched out to own and operate a multi-store franchise.  With Ken’s legal expertise and practical knowledge of the daily operations of a franchise, he recognized a niche market. He is now is a franchise industry consultant, with the experience and knowledge to take a company  to the international level. Ken’s unique balance of passion, persuasion,
and performance ensures success in all phases of operations in franchising.

Gordon Noland
Planning and Financial Manager
Gordon Noland has nearly 40 years of financial and planning experience, in both corporate and advisory situations. He has extensive knowledge in the processes necessary for planned growth. Gordon has been an officer and director of both large and small public companies and as such understands the difficulties faced by business in both early and mature stages of the business life cycle.

Laurelynn Kiryczuk has 27 years experience as a technical writer working as a Senior Project Administrator in the Oil and Gas, engineering and construction industry, she also has been involved in retail consulting. Laurelynn assists clients in developing documentation of policies and procedures, training manuals, webpage design, and assessment of technical needs and consulting. Laurelynn’s expertise allows her to assist franchisors in effectively communicating with their newly awarded franchisees.
